Products
All products on Expomaster.eu are custom-made and tailored to the customer's specifications, therefore the right of withdrawal or return does not apply.
Orders and Agreement
An order becomes binding as soon as we have confirmed the order via the website. A contract between you and Scandexpo AB is considered to be concluded when we have sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
Pricing & Payment

Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the products and current production capacity. The specified delivery time will be provided at the time of order.
No right policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, no right of return is offered. This means that an order cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.
Complaints & Defects
If the delivered product is incorrect or damaged upon delivery, the customer is obliged to notify us immediately. We reserve the right to determine whether the product should be repaired, replaced, or if the purchase should be refunded. In case of shipping damage, the customer is responsible for reporting the damage directly to the carrier/driver and obtaining documentation from the driver that the damage has been reported. Please photograph the packaging and the damaged product and contact us immediately.
